Band Session Note — 이용약관
이 약관은 뉴바이브즈(New Vibez, 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 악보 앱 Band Session Note(이하 "앱"), 웹 체험판, 홈페이지 bandsessionnote.com의 이용에 적용됩니다.
1. 스토어 약관과의 관계
앱의 구매·설치·사용에는 이 약관과 함께 Apple의 미디어 서비스 이용약관 및 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA), 또는 Google Play 서비스 약관이 적용됩니다. 결제·환불처럼 스토어가 처리하는 일은 해당 스토어의 약관이 우선합니다.
2. 사용권
앱을 구매한 이용자는 앱을 개인적으로 사용할 수 있는 권리를 받습니다. 앱의 프로그램, 화면 디자인, 전용 글꼴(SJ Real Script), 캐릭터 스티커(말랑밴드), 그림과 문서의 권리는 회사 또는 각 권리자에게 있습니다. 법이 허용하는 경우를 빼고 앱을 복제·분해·변형하거나 다시 배포·판매할 수 없습니다.
3. 이용자가 만든 악보
이용자가 앱으로 만든 악보·메모의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 회사는 이용자의 작업물에 접근하거나 수집하지 않습니다.
4. 불러온 악보의 저작권
이용자가 불러오는 PDF·사진·파일 속 악보의 저작권은 원래 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 자신이 권리를 가졌거나 이용을 허락받은 자료만 불러오고 공유해야 하며, 권리 없이 복제·공유·배포해 생기는 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
5. 확장팩(앱 안 구매)
드럼·음악놀이·스트링 등 확장팩은 앱 안에서 따로 구매하는 선택 상품이며, 가격은 구매 전에 스토어 화면에 표시됩니다. 결제와 환불은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다(환불 안내). 기기를 바꾸면 앱 안 '구매 복원'으로 다시 받을 수 있습니다.
6. 웹 체험판
홈페이지의 웹 체험판은 앱을 미리 써 보기 위한 것으로, 저장·내보내기가 막혀 있고 예고 없이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다.
7. 백업 책임
앱의 작업물은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되므로, 기기를 잃어버리거나 앱을 삭제하면 회사가 되살릴 수 없습니다. 앱의 '전체 백업'으로 정기적으로 백업해 두시기 바랍니다.
8. 업데이트와 변경
회사는 앱을 고치거나 기능을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 이 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다.
9. 책임의 한계
회사는 앱이 잘 동작하도록 노력하지만, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 이용자의 기기 환경이나 이용자가 불러온 자료 때문에 생긴 문제, 백업하지 않아 잃은 데이터에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해나, 소비자 보호 법령이 정한 권리는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.
10. 준거법·문의
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다. 이용자가 사는 나라의 소비자 보호 강행 규정이 주는 권리는 그대로 유지됩니다. 문의: contact@bandsessionnote.com
Band Session Note — Terms of Use
These terms apply to the sheet music app Band Session Note (the "App"), the web demo and the website bandsessionnote.com, provided by New Vibez ("we").
1. Store terms
Buying, installing and using the App is also governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), or by the Google Play Terms of Service. For matters the store handles, such as payment and refunds, the store's terms prevail.
2. License
When you buy the App you receive a personal right to use it. All rights in the software, interface design, the SJ Real Script font, the Malang Band character stickers, artwork and documents belong to us or their respective owners. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, decompile, modify, redistribute or resell the App.
3. Your scores
Scores and notes you create with the App belong to you. We do not access or collect your work.
4. Copyright in imported music
Copyright in sheet music contained in PDFs, photos or files you import belongs to its owners. Import and share only material you own or are permitted to use; you are responsible for any unauthorised copying, sharing or distribution.
5. Expansion packs (in-app purchases)
Expansion packs such as Drum, Kids Music Play and String are optional purchases made inside the App; their prices are shown by the store before you buy. Payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play (see Refunds). After changing devices you can get them back with "Restore purchases" in the App.
6. Web demo
The web demo is for trying the App; saving and exporting are disabled, and it may change or stop without notice.
7. Backups
Your work is stored only on your device, so we cannot recover it if the device is lost or the App is deleted. Please back up regularly with "Back up all" in the App.
8. Updates and changes
We may update the App and change its features. If these terms change, we will post the new version here with its effective date.
9. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the App running well, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for problems caused by your device environment or by material you import, or for data lost because it was not backed up. This does not limit liability for our intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. Contact: contact@bandsessionnote.com
