Band Session Note 앱과 확장팩은 Apple App Store와 Google Play를 통해 판매되며, 결제와 환불은 각 스토어가 처리합니다. 회사(뉴바이브즈)는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않아 직접 결제를 취소할 수 없습니다.

아이폰·아이패드(App Store)에서 산 경우

reportaproblem.apple.com에 Apple 계정으로 로그인합니다.
'환불 요청'을 고르고 구매 항목과 이유를 선택해 보냅니다.

한국에서 산 경우, Apple 미디어 서비스 이용약관에 따라 구입 후 7일 이내에 구입을 취소할 권리가 있습니다. 다만 앱 같은 디지털 콘텐츠는 전자상거래법에 따라 이 권리가 제한될 수 있으며, 최종 판단은 Apple이 합니다.

안드로이드(Google Play)에서 산 경우

구매 후 48시간 안: Google Play에서 직접 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 자세한 안내: Google Play 환불 정책
48시간이 지났고 구매일로부터 7일 안: 주문 번호(GPA.로 시작)와 함께 contact@bandsessionnote.com으로 알려 주시면 환불해 드립니다. 환불하면 그 앱이나 확장팩을 쓸 권리도 함께 취소됩니다.
7일이 지났다면: 앱이 제대로 동작하지 않는 등 사정이 있으면 문의해 주세요. 살펴보고 답변드립니다.
Google Play 규정상 같은 앱의 환불은 한 번만 받을 수 있습니다(환불 뒤 다시 사면 환불되지 않습니다).

기기를 바꿨을 때

환불 없이도, 같은 계정으로 앱을 다시 설치한 뒤 앱 안 '구매 복원'을 누르면 산 확장팩을 무료로 되찾을 수 있습니다.

앱이 제대로 동작하지 않을 때

환불 전에 contact@bandsessionnote.com으로 증상을 알려 주시면 먼저 해결을 돕겠습니다.

Band Session Note — Refunds

Effective: 2026-11-01

Band Session Note and its expansion packs are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and payments and refunds are handled by each store. We (New Vibez) never receive your payment details, so we cannot cancel a payment directly.

Bought on iPhone or iPad (App Store)

Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple Account.
Choose "Request a refund", select the purchase and a reason, and submit.
Eligibility and timing follow Apple's policy. Details: Apple Support — Request a refund

Your local consumer law may give you additional rights. For purchases in Korea, Apple's Media Services Terms give a right to cancel within 7 days of purchase, which may be limited for digital content such as apps; Apple makes the final decision.

Bought on Android (Google Play)

Within 48 hours of purchase: you can request a refund directly from Google Play. Details: Google Play refund policies
After 48 hours but within 7 days of purchase: email contact@bandsessionnote.com with your order number (starting with GPA.) and we will refund you. A refund also removes your right to use that app or pack.
After 7 days: if there is a problem, such as the App not working properly, contact us and we will review it.
Under Google Play rules, an app can be refunded only once (if you buy it again after a refund, it cannot be refunded again).

Changed devices?

No refund is needed: reinstall the App with the same account and tap "Restore purchases" in the App to get your expansion packs back for free.
