Band Session Note — 개인정보처리방침
뉴바이브즈(New Vibez, 이하 "회사")는 악보 앱 Band Session Note(이하 "앱")와 홈페이지 bandsessionnote.com(이하 "홈페이지")을 운영하며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 앱에는 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보
회사는 이름, 이메일, 연락처, 위치, 사용 기록 등 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 계정이 없으므로 보관하는 회원 정보도 없습니다. 이용자가 문의 메일을 보내면 답장을 위해 그 메일 주소와 내용이 회사 메일함에 남으며, 삭제를 요청하시면 지웁니다.
2. 작업물(악보) 저장
악보·메모·셋리스트·설정 등 앱에서 만든 모든 내용은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 회사 서버로 보내지지 않으며 회사는 볼 수 없습니다. 이용자가 직접 파일로 저장하거나 공유(에어드롭·메시지·메일 등)할 때만 기기를 벗어납니다.
3. 기기 기능(권한) 사용

각 권한은 그 기능을 처음 쓸 때 기기가 묻고, 기기 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 꺼도 나머지 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
4. 말로 찾기(음성 인식)
'말로 찾기'에서 기능 이름을 말하면 기기의 음성 인식 서비스가 말소리를 글자로 바꿉니다. 아이폰·아이패드에서는 Apple, 안드로이드에서는 Google의 음성 인식 서비스가 말소리를 처리할 수 있으며, 이때는 각 회사의 개인정보 정책이 적용됩니다. 앱은 알아들은 글자를 기능을 찾는 데만 쓰고 저장하지 않습니다. 말로 찾기를 쓰지 않으면 음성 인식은 동작하지 않습니다.
5. 앱의 인터넷 사용
- 새 버전 확인 — 새 버전을 알려 드리기 위해 홈페이지의 버전 파일과 Apple 앱스토어의 공개 앱 정보를 조회합니다. 개인정보는 보내지 않으며, 일반 인터넷 접속처럼 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)이 해당 서버에 남을 수 있습니다.
- 구매·구매 복원 — 앱과 확장팩 결제는 Apple App Store와 Google Play가 처리합니다. 회사는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
- 앱은 광고, 분석 도구, 추적 기술을 쓰지 않습니다.
6. 홈페이지
- 홈페이지는 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며 광고·추적 도구가 없습니다.
- 방문 통계는 홈페이지를 운영하는 Cloudflare의 통계 기능을 씁니다. 이 통계는 쿠키를 쓰지 않고 개인을 알아보지 않으며, 페이지 조회 수 같은 합계만 보여 줍니다.
- 2026-09-16부터 2026-11-01까지는 Google 애널리틱스(쿠키 사용)로 방문·단추 클릭 통계를 냈고, 2026-11-01에 사용을 끝냈습니다. 그 기간의 기록은 Google 애널리틱스의 보관 기간 설정에 따라 지워집니다.
- 웹 체험판(/try)에서 만든 악보는 브라우저 안에만 있고, 저장되거나 보내지지 않습니다.
7. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁·국외 이전
회사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 맡기지 않습니다. 다만 홈페이지는 Cloudflare, Inc.(미국)의 서비스로 운영되므로, 홈페이지에 접속하면 접속 기록(IP 주소, 브라우저 정보 등)이 Cloudflare의 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 이는 홈페이지를 보여 주고 보안 공격을 막기 위한 것입니다.
8. 아동
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동을 포함해 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 어린이용 기능(음악놀이 팩)도 같습니다.
9. 지우는 방법
앱의 작업물은 기기 안에만 있으므로, 앱에서 악보를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 사라집니다. 기기 백업(아이클라우드·구글 백업)에 들어간 사본은 기기 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다. 회사가 보관하는 이용자 정보는 없으므로 회사에 따로 삭제를 요청할 대상은 없으며, 궁금한 점은 아래로 문의해 주세요.
10. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 회사는 보관하는 개인정보가 없으므로, 요청하시면 그 사실을 확인해 드립니다.
11. 안전 조치
회사는 개인정보를 보관하지 않으며, 홈페이지는 암호화 연결(HTTPS)과 보안 설정을 적용해 운영합니다.

Band Session Note — Privacy Policy
New Vibez ("we") operates the sheet music app Band Session Note (the "App") and the website bandsessionnote.com (the "Website"). The App has no sign-up or login, and we do not collect or store any personal data about you.
1. Personal data we process
We do not collect names, emails, contacts, location, usage history or any other information that identifies you. There are no accounts, so we hold no account data. If you email us, your address and message stay in our mailbox so we can reply; we delete them on request.
2. Where your work is stored
Everything you create in the App — scores, notes, set lists, settings — is stored only on your device. It is never sent to our servers and we cannot see it. It leaves your device only when you save or share a file yourself (AirDrop, Messages, Mail, etc.).
3. Device features (permissions)

Your device asks for each permission the first time the feature is used, and you can turn it off at any time in your device settings. Everything else keeps working.
4. Voice search (speech recognition)
When you say a feature name in Voice search, your device's speech recognition service turns it into text. On iPhone and iPad this may be processed by Apple's speech recognition service, and on Android by Google's; their own privacy policies apply. The App uses the recognised text only to find the feature and does not store it. Speech recognition runs only when you use Voice search.
5. What the App connects to
- Update check — to tell you about new versions, the App reads a version file on our Website and the public app information on Apple's App Store. No personal data is sent; as with any internet request, the server may log technical data such as your IP address.
- Purchases and restore — payments for the App and expansion packs are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play. We never receive card numbers or other payment details.
- The App contains no ads, no analytics and no tracking technology.
6. The Website
- The Website uses no cookies and no advertising or tracking tools.
- Visit statistics come from Cloudflare, which hosts the Website. These statistics use no cookies, do not identify individuals and show totals only, such as page views.
- From 2026-09-16 to 2026-11-01 we used Google Analytics (which uses cookies) for visit and button-click statistics; we stopped on 2026-11-01. Data from that period is deleted according to Google Analytics' retention setting.
- Scores you make in the web demo (/try) stay in your browser and are neither saved nor sent anywhere.
7. Sharing, processors and international transfers
We do not share personal data with third parties or have anyone process it for us. The Website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), so when you visit it, technical data such as your IP address and browser information may be processed on Cloudflare's servers in order to deliver the Website and protect it from attacks. For visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
8. Children
We do not collect personal data from anyone, including children. The kids' features (Kids Music Play Pack) are no exception.
9. Deleting your data
Your work exists only on your device, so deleting scores in the App or deleting the App removes it. Copies in device backups (iCloud, Google backup) are managed in your device settings. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete, but you are welcome to contact us with any question.
10. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data. As we hold none, we will confirm that to you on request. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Security
We keep no personal data, and the Website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) with security headers.
